Hi Guys,
There are so many of those sites which appoint people, send them (sometimes forcibly) to newly released movies,and make them write reviews of what they saw. And some people, all the time, will not agree with the reviews. Here's a thread to rate and review movies that you see every week....after all, everyone deserves a place to vent their frustrations after wasting money on watching a badly made movie, or a place to spread their overflowing thanks to the director of a well-made movie. Though there is no hard and fast format, I suppose it will be enjoyable if the review can be divided into: 1. Movie Name 2. Artistes 3. rating 4. Heading of the review 5. Main review 6. Bottomline Of course, everyone gets to comment on your review.... -------------------- |

A man n his wife were working for NASA ...They go to MARS for some discovery.The woman give birth to a child..But they got attacked by a group of aliens..But in the previous birth that child was friend of one of the alien...so that alien gives many powers to that child..finally they come back to earth .. The child falls in love with a girl..But in the end that girl cheats the boy and kills him...becos that girl was also an alien from Jupiter...That child is Hrithik Roshan .... The girl is Priyanka Chopra.. and the alien who gives power to the child was JADU of koi mil gaya... this is the story of KRISHH..... N'joy the movie

most of these spoiler fwds are hoaxes...seen similar things abt "bhoot", "sarkar" n few other movies with misleading stories

Having nothing better to do, I think I'll pen down the review of the movie that i saw last week.....
Movie Name: Humko Deewana Kar Gaye Main Cast: Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu,Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor. Director: Raj Kanwar Theatre: PVR Cinema Europa,Forum Mall,Bangalore. Genre: Romance (Love 'Square') Music: Anu Malik & Himesh Reshammiya Lyrics: Sameer Humko Deewana Kar Gaye (HDKG henceforth) is a fresh attempt at a 'mature' love story while borrowing the story from umpteen old flicks.The story is about an automobile engineer Akshay kumar who is engaged to Bipasha Basu, who is an ambitious fashion designer.She prefers Milan to matrimony and Paris to Piya! hence flies off after the engagement. akki meanwhile hops off to canada for some training and there he keeps on bumping into Katrina Kaif. friendship blossoms into love across 4 meetings and three songs. But since it is a love square, the fourth corner (side??) comes in bang on the interval in the form of Anil kapoor, whi is Katrina's fiancee. The 2nd half of the film is abt how a misunderstanding makes Katrina leave Akki and come back to india with anil. But fate has other plans, for bipasha is the dress designer for Katrina's trousseau and hence the parted lovers meet again on the eve of the marriage. By now the misunderstanding is solved (with help from a secretary & a li'l booze) but the staunch indian that Katrina is, she goes ahead and marries Anil. Anil kapoor comes to know abt the liasion after the marriage and the business tycoon in him (with the surname Oberoi to boot!) wants everything to be his completely! no half-baked things for him. So he hands over Katrina to Akki and walks away! Lovers reunite happily whereas bips is left high n dry! Storywise, the movie has nothing to offer, borrowing heavily from umpteen old flicks. Its an old wine in an older bottle. Performance-wise, only two performances stand out even after the movie has finished: Katrina Kaif improves by leaps and bounds after MPKK and shows enough promise as an actress. She needs to improve a wee bit more on her emotions & expressions (esp. during songs) and she'll make a fine model-actress! Bhagyashree makes a return to celluloid after a long time and she looks as fres as she did 16 years ago in MPK. Akki is ok whereas Bips is plain walkthrough! Anil stands out as a sore thumb. his performance in Taal was much more superlative. Music is a big letdown. Anu malik's songs were more of a gap-filler and only Fanaa managed to hold the audiences in their seats rather than heading out to the Loo! The title song has 2 versions and it is Himesh reshammiya's nasal-version that is better. All in all, this movie is a complete letdown. watch it only if you're a Katrina Kaif fan. my rating: 1 outta 5. -------------------- |

Movie is a proper mixture of Humour and Fear. Movie is similar to "**** Mana Hi" .. 6 stories funda here too but this time all 5 stories(6th one is their own) were told by a grandMa to 5 children who accidentally enters into a bhoot bungalow where each story is directed by different director. The stories directed by RGV(amithab's story) and Chakravarthy are really very nice. And each story have unexpected twists as in the first part. Amithab's one is really very well directed with high technical aspects and Chakravarthy's part is very very very funny... LOL Over all.. the movie makes perfect sense to the Title.. -------------------- |

Movie: Ice Age II - The Meltdown Theatre: PVR Cinemas Cast: Featuring the voice talents of Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary and Jay Leno among others. Genre: Animation,Comedy. This movie starts off some years after the first movie ended. The ice age is about to end and global warming is threatening the world. To escape the floods, all animals must migrate to higher ground. the movie is all about their travails as they undertake the journey. Kids will find the animation and characters very lovable whereas adults will love the humour and wit in the dialogues. Its been a while since I have had such a jolly good time in a movie! I was laughing out loud for most of the time and so were others! Absolute paisa vassol move....do watch it! -------------------- |

Was listening to Radio Mirchi in Pune and there was this small module - coco patil's bioscope, where this guy in typical marathi style reviews a movie.
His take on DZH was that it should be named Harry Potter. And that if u wish to see a hilarious horror story, the go n see DZH From what Akki is saying, looks to be true -------------------- C'est la vie - Because the more plans you make, the more life does whatever the fcuk it wants.
