Company Overview

As we launch into a NEW YEAR (2008), we are thrilled to be announcing a re-organization plan that includes creating 3 new divisions and a more conscious effort to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each type of contributor.

So what are the new divisions?
The Consulting Team is still being put together, but basically the consulting division was created to benefit the numerous boards that are close to achieveing greatness, but could benefit from suggestions and tips targeted directly at their site. The Community Support Division, through the industry leading support board, provides general site management tips and responds to problems or challenges that people are experiencing (typically administrators). What we could offer more assistance with--and we plan to--is to help empower motivated individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to understand their potential and build on past successes.

The Marketing Team, which is also still being assembled, is designed to bring together creative and dedicated individuals that all share a common goal...to help InvisionPlus grow! As we grow, servers will become more reliable, features will get completed faster, so we are formally creating a marketing team to make clear that IT IS IN EVERYONE'S BEST INTEREST TO HELP SPREAD THE WORD!

The Development Team, has existed for 3-4 months, but we are now formally announcing its presence and purpose. Basically, the development team consists of coders and testers, and its purpose is to bring great new features to the community as fast as possible.

It is our mission to create the BEST experience for discussing topics and managing online communities, and these NEW divisions were created to most effectively pursue our goals!

By NO means do we expect these NEW divisions to distract from our tremendously successful existing divisions (support & moderation), and we are very appreciative for the effort that everyone continues to put into making those aspects of the InvisionPlus experience great. Through research and past experience, there truly is no better support and moderation team than what we have right here.

We look forward into 2008 with great excitement, and it IS with great pleasure that we will continue to work with the existing staff, while also looking forward to collaborating with the new members that we will be selecting to take on some of the new responsibilities.

The Marketing division's purpose is still being defined, but essentially the goal is to have a team of people dedicated to spreading the word about InvisionPlus to other communities and places throughout the web.

> Development (programming & mod creation/integration )
Division Overview:
The Development division consists of a team of developers and a team of testers.

Both teams work together to keep the site running smoothly, develop (and test) new features and then release those features into the live codebase of InvisionPlus.
